Meindl's exclusive dual layer Air Revolution® tongue features air channels that improve ventilation, helping regulate internal temperature. When stepping down with your heel the tongue allows fresh air to flow into the boot. Compared to when you are pushing off the ground which forces warm air out of the boot.
